Member and Marshall Information for New Year’s Day, 2026

Dear Members and Marshalls,

We are so excited that we are finally in the home stretch for NYD 2026 and our production, “Soul Station”. We need all hands on deck, so this page will provide vital updates, times, dates, and information to be aware of.

We have a total of 5 rehearsals left, they are detailed below. Unless otherwise notified via text, expect all remaining rehearsals to be at Good Deal Self Storage, located at 5400 Eadom St., Philadelphia. Contingency plans for indoor or at-club rehearsals will be communicated via text if necessary.

For those uninitiated, Marshalls help us move the parade by being our on-the-street manpower pushing props and scenery. It is critical that we recruit as many people to marshall as possible. We are currently getting close to our minimum target—let’s make sure we have everyone we need for NYD! While some marshalls may only make NYD and will be learning their prop movements on the street, we encourage as many marshalls as possible to join us for rehearsals, specifically the prop and dress rehearsals detailed below. Weather and manpower permitting, we will be attempting to utilize props in all remaining rehearsals.

Our remaining key rehearsals are this Sunday, 12/21, 12/28, and 12/30. The last two rehearsals are earmarked as full dress rehearsals. We should strive to have all marshalls at these rehearsals to learn their prop movements and refine the show to its maximum potential.

The [tentative!] NYD schedule will be posted below. It should be noted that these times are estimates until otherwise noted.

On behalf of the entire theme committee, we appreciate your attention and dedication as we finish the remainder of the show and prepare for NYD. We are on the right track (pun intended) and are looking forward to bringing Ferko excellence to the street for New Year’s Day.   • Drill Rehearsal

    Drill rehearsal, limited props due to manpower and time. Warehouse lot (Good Deal Self Storage, Eadom St).

  • Full Rehearsal and Christmas Party

    12/21 9:30AM-2PM: Rehearsal

    Full rehearsal (full props). All marshalls and musicians expected to attend. Warehouse lot (Good Deal Self Storage, Eadom St).

    Christmas party immediately to follow at the JAFSB Clubhouse (2630 Bridge St). All invited to attend.

  • Drill Rehearsal

    12/23 7:30PM-10PM

    Drill rehearsal, limited props due to manpower and time. Warehouse lot (Good Deal Self Storage, Eadom St).

  • Dress Rehearsal

    12/28 9:30AM-2PM: Rehearsal

    Dress rehearsal (full props and costumes). All marshalls and musicians expected to attend. Warehouse lot (Good Deal Self Storage, Eadom St).

  • New Year's Day

    New Year’s Day performance! Club will be open at 5AM. Report times and bus departure times will be listed below. Food and drinks served upon return to the club.
